All of our grapes and fruits are certified organic with no added sulfites. Our wines are all produced and bottled at Ten Spoon Vineyard & Winery in Missoula, MT. The varietals we grow are: Maréchal Foche, Frontenac, Leon Millot, St. Croix and Swenson Red (reds) and St. Pepin and LaCrosse (whites). We also produce Pinot Noir from the Cattrall Brothers’s small, hilltop vineyard in the Willamette Valley, Oregon,and Charles Barra’s Redwood Valley Vineyard in Mendocino County, Calif. By Christmas, 2006, we will release Silver Spoon, our Reserve Pinot Noir, made from Charles Barra’s fine Pinot Noir grapes. Prairie Thunder, our newly released Petite Sirah, also comes from grapes grown at Charlie’s vineyard. Lise Rousseau and Al Silva grow superb organic Lambert cherries at their meticulous Fat Robin Orchard and Farm on Finley Point beside Flathead Lake in Montana, and that’s the secret of our Flathead Cherry Dry. |
